You’ll walk into the day/week remembering what it’s like to be the fullest version of yourself and make choices that align to that rather than choices that keep you stuck tight in a bud.
Use this as a meditation or visualize with your eyes open as you get ready for your day, on your commute to work, on your daily walk or whatever you’re doing. Just stay present with the words and really let yourself envision the guidance.
The more often you listen the better because you’re creating a habit of recognizing the best version of you rather than the usual Eeyore default of “not good enough”.
I know what it’s like to feel like you’re trying SO hard all of the time. It can feel exhausting, tiresome and frustrating.
When we put too much pressure on ourselves (to do more, be more, get '“there” faster), we tend to lose sight of how far we’ve already come and how amazing we already are.
