How’s your energy doing?
September tends to be a unique time where we simultaneously reflect on the year so far and also have a frantic sense of urgency to “get things done” as we realize that there are only a few months left of the year.
Today’s episode focuses on the former.
For me, 2021 doesn’t feel much easier than 2020. While there was great joy and relief in seeing humans again there was also a lot of re-learning of what it’s like to be around others, in-person. I found myself feeling like a deflated floaty almost after every gathering of over 10 people.
Nothing like being a hermit for over 12 months to help you realize the energetic effect that other humans have on you.
This is happening in conjunction with constantly changing restrictions/requirements and a still very present emotionally charged environment.
So, how’s your energy doing?
